If it's been more than 24 hours since sending an email and you still have not heard from us, please check your Junk Mail Folder for our Reply. Spam filters work by removing what they think is an unsolicited email. Often an act as simple as adding us to your Address book will fix the problem.
Add us to your Email Address book:
(This should work in most email applications)
Click the following link which should open up in your mail application. mailto:Info@AdventureDogRanch.com In the To: box, highlight our entire email address, Right Click the highlighted email address and from the context menu, select, "Add to Address book"
Add Us to your "Safe Senders" list.
Microsoft Outlook 2003 (other versions are very similar)2. Highlight the message from us and Right Click.
3. From the Junk Mail Context menu, select, "Add Sender to Safe Senders list."
4. Alternately, you may also click "Mark As NOT JUNK" Just make sure that the little check box gets clicked that says "Add to the safe senders list."
YourFreeSurveys.com has a great visual representation of how to white-list email addresses in a variety of email applications. These should work for us too. Simply replace their "example" address with Info@AdventureDogRanch.com
